- 1 pound pork loin center rib chops bone-in
- Celtic salt to taste

Instructies
Marinate the Pork Chops
- In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar.
- Add the pork chops to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Prepare the Pork Chops
