Stir-fried Broccoli

Ingrediënten

Makes 6 servings / Prep: 10 min., Cook: 7 min.

  • 2 slices peeled fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 16-ounce package fresh broccoli florets
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Instructies

  • Sauté ginger in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 1 minute.
  • Add broccoli florets; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with salt and sugar.
  • Stir together ½ cup water and ½ teaspoon bouillon granules until dissolved.
  • Pour over broccoli mixture.
  • Cover, reduce heat to medium, and cook 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Drizzle with sesame oil; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
