Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed mushrooms with ham and cream cheese.
Equipment
- large pan
Ingrediënten
- Chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons of mixed spice
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pound of mushrooms
- 2 cups of ham
- A pinch of salt
- ½ cup of creamed cheese 1 cup of chopped red onions
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 cup of tomato paste
Instructies
- Take a large pan.
- Add the olive oil and chopped onions into the pan.
- Cook the onion until it turns soft.
- Add the garlic as well as all other ingredients except the mushrooms.
- Cook the ingredients well for about 10 minutes.
- Mix everything well and dish out.
- Clean the mushrooms from inside and add the cooked mixture into it.
- Bake the mushrooms until it turns light golden brown in color.
- Garnish the mushrooms with fresh chopped parsley leaves.
- Your dish is ready to be served.
