- 4 boneless chicken breast slices
- 2 fresh peaches peeled and sliced
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons butter
- ¾ cup water or chicken broth
- 1 onion chopped (or shallots for variation)
- Zest of 1 lemon approximately 1/4 teaspoon
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructies
Prepare Chicken:
- Brush each chicken breast slice with beaten egg to coat.
Cook Chicken:
- In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat.

- Stir in chopped basil leaves, salt, and pepper to taste.
Serve:
- Transfer the cooked chicken to a serving dish.
- Pour the peach and basil sauce over the chicken.
- Serve hot with cooked rice.
