Sugar-Free Barbeque Sauce

Ingrediënten

  • 1 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 cup sweet onion finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon each of cumin dry mustard powder, oregano, basil, and chipotle chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 1 ½ cups chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon stevia powder

Instructies

  • Heat the oil in a saucepan.
  • Add onion and sauté for 4 minutes.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients and bring it to a boil.
  • Simmer in reduced heat for about 20 minutes.
