Sugar-Free Barbeque Sauce

- 1 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 cup sweet onion finely diced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon each of cumin dry mustard powder, oregano, basil, and chipotle chili powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 6 oz tomato paste
- 1 ½ cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon stevia powder
Instructies
- Heat the oil in a saucepan.
- Add onion and sauté for 4 minutes.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and bring it to a boil.
- Simmer in reduced heat for about 20 minutes.
