Equipment

  • Blender, Freezer-safe container, Spatula

Ingrediënten

  • 500 g Frozen mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 100 ml Water or fruit juice apple or orange
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2-4 tbsp Maple syrup or agave nectar to taste

Instructies

  • Combine frozen berries, water/juice, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and add more sweetener if desired.
  • Transfer the sorbet to a freezer-safe container.
  • Freeze for at least 3-4 hours, or until firm.
  • Scoop and serve.
