Super-Fast Antipasti

Here’s an easy Italian antipasto platter that includes hummus, a Middle Eastern chickpea puree borrowed from Italy’s Mediterranean neighbors.

Ingrediënten

  • 1 Container 8 Ounces Store-Bought Hummus
  • 8 Ounces Smoked Mozzarella Cheese Thickly Sliced
  • 4 Ounces Salami Thinly Sliced
  • 2 Bunches Radishes Tops Trimmed
  • 1 Small Fennel Bulb Cut Into Thin Wedges
  • 2 Large Carrots Sliced Diagonally
  • ½ Cup Mixed Olives
  • Bread Sticks And/Or Crackers

Instructies

  • Spoon hummus into bowl and place on large tray or cutting board.
  • Arrange mozzarella, salami, radishes, fennel, carrots, olives, and bread sticks around hummus.
