Super-Fast Antipasti
Here’s an easy Italian antipasto platter that includes hummus, a Middle Eastern chickpea puree borrowed from Italy’s Mediterranean neighbors.
Ingrediënten
- 1 Container 8 Ounces Store-Bought Hummus
- 8 Ounces Smoked Mozzarella Cheese Thickly Sliced
- 4 Ounces Salami Thinly Sliced
- 2 Bunches Radishes Tops Trimmed
- 1 Small Fennel Bulb Cut Into Thin Wedges
- 2 Large Carrots Sliced Diagonally
- ½ Cup Mixed Olives
- Bread Sticks And/Or Crackers
Instructies
- Spoon hummus into bowl and place on large tray or cutting board.
- Arrange mozzarella, salami, radishes, fennel, carrots, olives, and bread sticks around hummus.
