Sweet and Nutty Mango Smoothie
This healthy breakfast on the go is perfect for that very busy weekday morning and is a good source of vitamin C, beta-carotene, and dietary fiber. Sip and you’re all set.
Ingrediënten
- 1 ripe mango
- 400 ml skim milk
- ½ cup of low-fat natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp. almond meal
- 1 tbsp. Manuka honey or any honey
- Ice cubes
Instructies
- Remove the mango peel, chop and put in the blender.
- Pour in the skim milk, yogurt, almond meal, honey, and some ice cubes.
- Blend everything together until smooth.
- Divide into two glasses and enjoy.
