Sweet and Tangy Cola-Glazed Chicken
Ingrediënten
- 1 to 2 tablespoons oil
- 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 20- ounce bottle cola divided
- 1 to 2 cups catsup divided
Instructies
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken to the oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and brown on both sides.
- Pour enough cola into the skillet to cover the chicken.
- Slowly add enough catsup to the skillet until the mixture reaches the desired thickness.
- Cover and cook over medium heat for about 45 minutes, adding remaining cola and catsup a little at a time every 10 to 15 minutes until chicken juices run clear.
