Ingrediënten

  • 1 ounce 28 g chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 tablespoons 30 ml lemon or lime juice
  • 2 ounces 56 g diced scallion
  • 3 ounces 85 g diced red onion
  • 4 ounces 112 g diced roasted red pepper
  • 5 ounces 140 g diced pineapple
  • 6 ounces 170 g diced mango
  • 1 tablespoon 13 g granulated sugar

Instructies

  • Dice the mango, pineapple, roasted red pepper, red onion, and scallion.
  • Chop the cilantro leaves.
  • Combine all the diced ingredients in a bowl.
