Sweet Pickle-less Relish
This vibrant, sweet relish adds a tropical twist to hot dogs, burgers, chicken-less salads, and more. No pickles here—just fresh, tangy goodness!

Ingrediënten
- 1 ounce 28 g chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 tablespoons 30 ml lemon or lime juice
- 2 ounces 56 g diced scallion
- 3 ounces 85 g diced red onion
- 4 ounces 112 g diced roasted red pepper
- 5 ounces 140 g diced pineapple
- 6 ounces 170 g diced mango
- 1 tablespoon 13 g granulated sugar
Instructies
- Dice the mango, pineapple, roasted red pepper, red onion, and scallion.
- Chop the cilantro leaves.
- Combine all the diced ingredients in a bowl.
- Add lemon or lime juice and granulated sugar to the bowl.
- Toss everything together until evenly mixed.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
