Ingrediënten
- ½ cup fresh raspberries washed
- 3 oz. Fontina cheese
- 2 slices Hawaiian sweet bread
- Butter or butter spread
Instructies
- Butter one side of each slice of Hawaiian sweet bread.
- Place half of the Fontina cheese on the non-buttered side of one slice of bread.
- Carefully pile the fresh raspberries on top of the cheese.
- Add the remaining Fontina cheese over the raspberries, then place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side facing out.
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Cook the sandwich for about 4 ½ minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted, adjusting the cooking time as needed to ensure the Fontina cheese is gooey.
- Use a melting dome if available to help melt the cheese evenly.
- Once cooked, remove the sandwich from the skillet and serve hot.
