Tangy Greek Chicken Soup

- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 large potatoes – diced
- 18 baby carrots – sliced
- 1 onion – chopped
- 3 garlic cloves – minced
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts – drained & chopped
- 1 lemon
- 2 x 15 oz cans chicken broth
- 1 cup white wine
- ¼ cup white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp fresh oregano Or 1 tbsp dried oregano
- ⅛ – ¼ tsp black pepper
- ⅛ – ¼ tsp lemon pepper
- ⅛ – ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ⅛ – ¼ tsp onion powder
- ⅛ – ¼ tsp ground coriander
- ⅛ – ¼ tsp sugar
Instructies
- Combine all ingredients in crock pot
- Cook 1 hour on high
- Reduce to low heat for 5-6 hours
- Break up chicken before serving
