  • 1 cup red bulgur
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1 large tomato diced
  • ½ red onion finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

Instructions
