Ingrediënten

  • 8 oz. fresh strawberries hulled
  • ½ cup plain whole-milk yogurt
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • ¼ cup buttermilk
  • 1 to 2 tbsp. agave syrup
  • 1 tsp. lime zest plus 1 tbsp. juice (from 1 lime)
  • ¼ tsp. ground cardamom

Instructies

  • In a blender, puree all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Divide the lassi mixture between two glasses
