Texas Grilled Sirloin With Serrano Chile Salsa

- 2 pounds lean boneless top sirloin steak trimmed
- ½ cup fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup chopped fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 garlic cloves pressed
- Serrano Chile Salsa
- Flour tortillas
Instructies
- Combine steak and next 5 ingredients in a large zip-top freezer bag; seal and shake well.
- Chill at least 8 hours, turning occasionally.
- Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade.
- Grill steak, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 5 to 6 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
- Cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
