Thai Peanut Chicken Casserole

Ingrediënten

  • Biscuit buttermilk 2 tubes 12 ounces each, refrigerated Cooked chicken 3 cups, shredded
  • Fresh sliced mushrooms 1 cup
  • Divided peanut Thai sauce 1 bottle (11.5 ounces)
  • Divided mozzarella cheese 2 cups, shredded
  • Red sweet pepper ½ cup chopped
  • Carrot ½ cup shredded
  • Sliced green onion 4
  • Chopped coarsely honey-roasted peanuts ¼ cup

Instructies

  • Preheat the oven to 350°
  • Cut into biscuit shape in 4 pieces.
  • Place it in the greased 13×9-inch baking pan.
  • Take a large bowl, add and combine the mushrooms, chicken, 1 cup peanut sauce, spread it on the top of the biscuit.
  • Top it with green onion, carrot, red pepper, and 1 cup cheese.
  • Sprinkle it with the rest of the cheese.
  • Bake it until the topping gets set.
  • The cheese becomes melted, and the biscuit gets cooked thoroughly for just 40 minutes.
  • Sprinkle it with peanuts.
  • Serve it with the rest of the peanut sauce and enjoy.
