The giant chocolate chip biscuit
Meet the giant chocolate chip biscuit! Break it into shards to share, wrap it up for a friend who needs some love or serve it on a board with fresh fruit and ice cream. Or sandwich two giant biscuits with softened ice cream, then freeze it for the biggest ice-cream sandwich of all time. However you choose to serve this ridiculous, huge biscuit, it will bring delight! Plus, it’s an easy melt-and-mix number so you can just throw it together in one bowl and pop it into a frying pan and then into the oven. When it’s time for dessert, just slice it into wedges and hand it around.
