Ingrediënten
- 600 g 1lb 4oz potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 25 g 1oz grated Parmesan cheese
Instructies
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Parboil the halved potatoes for 5-7 minutes, then drain and place them in a roasting tin.
- Toss with olive oil, crushed garlic, fresh thyme leaves, and season with salt and pepper.
- Roast for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan as soon as they come out of the oven, and then serve.
