Ingrediënten

  • 600 g 1lb 4oz potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 25 g 1oz grated Parmesan cheese

Instructies

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  • Parboil the halved potatoes for 5-7 minutes, then drain and place them in a roasting tin.
  • Toss with olive oil, crushed garlic, fresh thyme leaves, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Roast for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
  • Sprinkle with grated Parmesan as soon as they come out of the oven, and then serve.
