Tomato Cream Dip
Ingrediënten
- 1 garlic clove pressed
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1 250 g package cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 C. fresh basil chopped
- 4 medium tomatoes seeded and chopped
Instructies
- Get a food processor: add the sour cream, cream cheese, garlic and half the basil then process them several times until they become smooth.
- Get a serving bowl: Spoon the cream mix into the bowl then top it with tomato and basil.
- Serve the dip right away.
