Classic Chicken Wings
Ingrediënten
- 3 cups Durkee RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 2 cups Clarified butter hot
- 20 pounds Chicken wings frozen
Instructies
- Deep-fry the frozen chicken wings at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes until crispy brown.
- Alternatively, you can bake them at 425°F (220°C) for 30 minutes, turning halfway through, and then bake for an additional 30 minutes until brown.
- Drain well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine Durkee RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce and hot clarified butter.
- Add the crispy chicken wings to the sauce and toss well to coat them thoroughly.
- Keep the coated wings warm.
- Serve the Genuine RedHot® Buffalo Wings with blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
- For added heat, adjust the ratio of Durkee RedHot® Sauce to butter according to your preference.
