  • 3 cups Durkee RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce
  • 2 cups Clarified butter hot
  • 20 pounds Chicken wings frozen

Instructies

  • Deep-fry the frozen chicken wings at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes until crispy brown.
  • Alternatively, you can bake them at 425°F (220°C) for 30 minutes, turning halfway through, and then bake for an additional 30 minutes until brown.
  • Drain well.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine Durkee RedHot® Cayenne Pepper Sauce and hot clarified butter.
  • Add the crispy chicken wings to the sauce and toss well to coat them thoroughly.
  • Keep the coated wings warm.
  • Serve the Genuine RedHot® Buffalo Wings with blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
  • For added heat, adjust the ratio of Durkee RedHot® Sauce to butter according to your preference.
