Ingrediënten
- ¼ cup lime juice
- ¼ cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 12 chicken wings
Yogurt Dipping Sauce:
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Instructies
- Mix lime juice, pineapple juice, canola oil, minced garlic, and chili powder together.
- Pour the marinade over chicken wings.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for up to 12 hours.
Grilling:
- Remove chicken wings and pour the marinade into a saucepan.
- Bring the marinade to a boil and cook for 5 minutes to kill any bacteria.
- Place wings on the grill, away from direct heat, and put the lid on the grill.
- Baste wings with the marinade often.
- Cook until the wings reach an internal temperature of 160ºF (about 45 minutes to 1 hour).

- Mix plain yogurt, honey, lime juice, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
