Ingrediënten

  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • Pinch of Cumin
  • Juice of 2 Limes
  • 1 Mango diced
  • ½ Red onion sliced
  • 5 cups Arugula
  • Pinch of Sugar
  • 1 lb medium Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup Extra-virgin olive oil

Instructies
