Turkey, Bacon and Feta Panini

  • 12 thick slices of applewood smoked bacon
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup jellied cranberry sauce
  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • Thinly sliced cooked turkey as you like
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach

Instructies

  • Preheat your panini maker.
  • On a skillet, cook the bacon until it becomes crispy.
  • Remove the bacon, then place them on the paper towel to drain the dripping.
  • Mix the cranberry sauce and mayonnaise in a bowl to prepare a homemade sauce.
  • Apply the mayonnaise mixture on the bread slices.
  • Layer bacon, turkey, cheese, and spinach on four slices, then cover them with the remaining pieces of bread.
  • Transfer the sandwich to the panini maker, then cook for 5 minutes.
  • Ensure the cheese melts and the bread turns golden brown before serving.
