- 1 lb. ground beef crumbled
- 1 lb. frozen tater tots
- 2 teaspoons instant minced onion
- 1 10.5 oz. can cream of chicken soup
- 1 10.75 oz. can cream of celery soup
Instructies
- Place the crumbled ground beef in a 2-quart glass casserole dish.
- Microwave the casserole dish, covered with a paper towel, on High for 5 minutes.
- Drain any excess fat and separate the beef into small pieces.
- Top the beef with the frozen tater tots and sprinkle the instant minced onion over them.
- In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup and cream of celery soup.
- Pour this mixture evenly over the beef and tater tots.
- Microwave the casserole dish on High for 15 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the mixture is heated through.
