USA Goulash
It is time to enjoy a cheesy kick to goulash and serve this dish in the dinner. Serve it with your favorite sauce.
Ingrediënten
- Ground beef: 1 pound
- Dry pasta: 1 cup
- Medium onion: 1
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Tomato sauce: 15 ounces
- Diced tomatoes: 14 ½ ounces
- Basil: 1 teaspoon
- Seasoned salt: 2 teaspoons
- Pepper: ½ teaspoon
- Cheddar cheese shredded: 1 cup
- Mozzarella cheese: ½ cup
Instructies
- Set your oven at 350 °F temperature to preheat it.
- Boil lightly salted water in one large pot and cook pasta in the simmering water.
- Stir occasionally and cook for approximately 8 minutes to al dente.
- Drain pasta and keep it aside.
- Cook ground beef over high flame in a skillet for almost 10 minutes to make it brown.
- Stir chopped onion in the skillet and cook with ground beef for nearly 5 minutes.
- Add minced cloves and crushed garlic to the ground beef and cook for a few minutes.
- Grease one baking dish and spread tomato sauce in the base.
- Spread diced tomatoes, basil, seasoned salt, and pepper over tomato sauce.
- Drain cooked ground beef and mix in tomato sauce mixture along with pasta.
- Mix well and top with cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in your preheated oven for almost 30 minutes to make it golden brown.
