Vanilla Nut Granola

Serve this addictivegranola as a cereal with your favourite milk, as a trail mix snack or overGreek yoghurt.

  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • ½ cup pecan pieces
  • ½ cup unsalted sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup erythritol sweetener
  • cup coconut flour
  • cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 ½ tablespoons raw almond butter
  • teaspoon salt

Instructies

  • Preheat air fryer at 150°C for 3 minutes.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Spoon mixture into an ungreased round 4-cup oven-safe baking dish and place in air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 3 minutes, then stir and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  • Transfer to an airtight container and cool for 10 minutes, then cover and store at room temperature until ready to serve
