Vegan Creamy Balsamic Dressing

- 14 ounces 392 g extra-firm tofu, drained but not pressed
- ½ cup 120 ml extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup 60 ml balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon 8 g garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon 8 g onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructies
- Drain the tofu, but do not press it.
- Place all ingredients (tofu, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper) into a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate.
- Store for up to one week.
