Instructies
Set a Microplane grater over a small bowl and grate the walnuts into the bowl.
Stir in the nutritional yeast and garlic powder.
Roll and stretch the pizza dough into a 6-inch round.
Lay the dough round in the air fryer, then brush with 1 teaspoon of the olive oil.
Arrange the crushed tomatoes over the dough and sprinkle with the walnut “parmesan” mixture.
Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with the remaining 1 teaspoon olive oil, and cook at 350°F until the dough is cooked through, the tomatoes are dried out, and the “parmesan” is browned, about 8 minutes.
Transfer the pizza to a plate, sprinkle with the parsley, and serve hot.
