Vegetable Bread Loaf
Make your average bread loaf healthier by stuffing it with different vegetables.
Ingrediënten
- ½ Cup Cooked and Trimmed Asparagus Spears
- ¼ Cup Chopped Dried Tomatoes
- ¼ Cup Chopped Black Olives
- 1 Cup Self-Rising Flour
- ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- ¼ Cup Milk
- ¼ Cup Olive Oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructies
- Mix together all the dry ingredients.
- Make a well in the middle of the dry mixture and pour in olive oi.
- Mix together to form small crumbles
- Add in the eggs, milk and spices.
- Whisk together until a batter is formed.
- Mix in the vegetables.
- Stir evenly with a wooden spoon.
- Pour into a pre-greased baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
- Allow to cool and then slice.
