Vegetable Bread Loaf

Make your average bread loaf healthier by stuffing it with different vegetables.

Ingrediënten

  • ½ Cup Cooked and Trimmed Asparagus Spears
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Dried Tomatoes
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Black Olives
  • 1 Cup Self-Rising Flour
  • ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • ¼ Cup Olive Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructies

  • Mix together all the dry ingredients.
  • Make a well in the middle of the dry mixture and pour in olive oi.
  • Mix together to form small crumbles
  • Add in the eggs, milk and spices.
  • Whisk together until a batter is formed.
  • Mix in the vegetables.
  • Stir evenly with a wooden spoon.
  • Pour into a pre-greased baking dish.
  • Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
  • Allow to cool and then slice.
