- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1-2 Tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1-1/2 tsp paprika
- 1-1/2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
- ¼ tsp pepper
- dash salt
- 4 Hamburger buns toasted
Instructies
- Combine all ingredients.
- Shape into 4 burgers about 1/2-inch thick.
- Place burgers on lightly greased broiling pan.
- Broil burgers 6-inches from heat, 3 to 4 minutes per side until no longer pink.
- Serve on toasted hamburger buns with additional mustard, if desired.
