Watermelon Barbecue Sauce
Sweet Summer Watermelon BBQ Drizzle

	Equipment

Ingrediënten
- 4 cups diced seedless watermelon
 - ½ cup ketchup
 - ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder
 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructies
- Blend watermelon in a blender or food processor until smooth.
 - Pour blended watermelon into a medium saucepan.
 - Add remaining ingredients to the saucepan.
 - Whisk until well combined.
 - Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
 - Reduce heat to low and simmer for 35 minutes, or until sauce has thickened.
 - Stir occasionally.
 - Season with salt and pepper to taste.
 - Let cool before using or storing.

Brush onto grilled chicken, pork, or shrimp during the last 15 minutes of cooking.Use as a dipping sauce for grilled vegetables or as a glaze for ribs.
