  • 300 g self-raising flour
  • 300 g soft cheese not fridge cold
  • 250 g butter softened
  • 250 g golden caster sugar
  • 200 g white chocolate half chopped, half melted
  • 150 ml natural yogurt
  • 100 g icing sugar sifted
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • Sweets for decoration

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or gas mark 4.
  • Grease the ANTA baking dish and line it with baking parchment.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, yogurt, milk, and vanilla paste until smooth and lump-free.
  • Stir in the chopped white chocolate.
  • Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and risen.
  • A skewer inserted should come out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the baking dish.
  • Melt the remaining white chocolate.
  • In a separate bowl, stir the icing sugar into the soft cheese, then mix in the melted white chocolate until smooth.
  • Chill the frosting for a few minutes, then spread it over the cooled cake.
  • Cut into squares and decorate with sweets as desired.
