Decadent White Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 300 g self-raising flour
- 300 g soft cheese not fridge cold
- 250 g butter softened
- 250 g golden caster sugar
- 200 g white chocolate half chopped, half melted
- 150 ml natural yogurt
- 100 g icing sugar sifted
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Sweets for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) or gas mark 4.
- Grease the ANTA baking dish and line it with baking parchment.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the butter, flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, yogurt, milk, and vanilla paste until smooth and lump-free.
- Stir in the chopped white chocolate.
- Pour the batter into the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and risen.
- A skewer inserted should come out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the baking dish.
- Melt the remaining white chocolate.
- In a separate bowl, stir the icing sugar into the soft cheese, then mix in the melted white chocolate until smooth.
- Chill the frosting for a few minutes, then spread it over the cooled cake.
- Cut into squares and decorate with sweets as desired.
