White Wine and Chicken Meatballs
This simple recipe is a great alternative to meatballs with a red
sauce. These meatballs can be eaten alone as an entrée.
Ingrediënten
- 2 pounds of ground chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of ground fennel seed
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- ¼ cup of white wine
- ½ cup of parsley chopped
- 1 cup of dried bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
Instructies
- Preheat the oven to 450° F.
- Mix all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir untilcombined thoroughly.
- Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Roll the mixture until golf-ball-sized meatballs, packing firmly.
- Place the meatballs in the baking dish in even rows.
- Themeatballs should be touching.
- Bake until the meatballs are cooked thoroughly.
- This usually takes about 14 minutes.
- Let them cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
