Wild berry bowl
Ingrediënten
- 1 ripe mango
- 150 g yogurt Greek style
- 80 ml almond milk
- 4 tbsp. Oat flakes tender as a flower
- 75 g Beerenmischung z. B. blueberries, strawberries, raspberries
- 25 g Nutmeat mix
Instructies
- Peel and dice the mango and set aside some dices.
- Pureefinely the mango pieces with yogurt, oat flakes and almond milk.
- Wash berries.
- Pour the puree into two bowls, sprinkle with the berries, the remaining mango cubes and the nuts and serve immediately.
