Ingrediënten
- 2 pounds skirt steak
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- Sea salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructies
- In a large ceramic dish, mix all ingredients to create a marinade.
- Add the skirt steak, ensuring it is well-coated, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) and coat the sides and bottom with cooking spray.
- Place the skirt steak in the Air Fryer basket, reserving the marinade.
- Cook the steak for 12 minutes, turning it over a couple of times and basting with the reserved marinade during cooking.
- Serve warm with roasted new potatoes, if desired.
