Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic purée
  • 2 cloves garlic unpeeled
  • 1 fresh egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
  • Brush the top of each chop with a little olive oil.
  • Spread a small amount of garlic purée on the top of each chop.
  • Place fresh garlic cloves and the egg in the gaps of the air fryer grill pan.
  • Marinate the grill pan in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • After marinating, place the grill pan inside the air fryer.
  • Cook the lamb chops at 180°C (360°F) for 6 minutes.
  • Turn the lamb chops over using a spatula.
  • Repeat the seasoning on the other side (excluding extra olive oil).
  • Cook for another 6 minutes at the same temperature.
  • Let the lamb rest for 2 minutes before serving.
