Air Fryer Garlic & Herb Lamb Chops
Juicy, flavorful lamb chops infused with garlic and fresh herbs, cooked to perfection in the air fryer for a quick and delicious meal.
Equipment

- Grill pan attachment for air fryer (if available)
Ingredients
- 4 lamb chops
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic purée
- 2 cloves garlic unpeeled
- 1 fresh egg
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the lamb chops with salt and pepper.
- Brush the top of each chop with a little olive oil.
- Spread a small amount of garlic purée on the top of each chop.
- Place fresh garlic cloves and the egg in the gaps of the air fryer grill pan.
- Marinate the grill pan in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- After marinating, place the grill pan inside the air fryer.
- Cook the lamb chops at 180°C (360°F) for 6 minutes.
- Turn the lamb chops over using a spatula.
- Repeat the seasoning on the other side (excluding extra olive oil).
- Cook for another 6 minutes at the same temperature.
- Let the lamb rest for 2 minutes before serving.
