Brush the top of each chop with a little olive oil.
Spread a small amount of garlic purée on the top of each chop.
Place fresh garlic cloves and the egg in the gaps of the air fryer grill pan.
Marinate the grill pan in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
After marinating, place the grill pan inside the air fryer.
Cook the lamb chops at 180°C (360°F) for 6 minutes.
Turn the lamb chops over using a spatula.
Repeat the seasoning on the other side (excluding extra olive oil).
Cook for another 6 minutes at the same temperature.
Let the lamb rest for 2 minutes before serving.
