Air Fryer Herb-Infused Lamb Chops
Juicy and flavorful lamb chops, coated in a tangy mustard herb marinade, and cooked to perfection in the air fryer. A quick and delicious meal for any occasion!

Ingredients
- 8 loin lamb chops about 1 ¼” thick
- 2 tbsp Dijon or whole grain mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried tarragon or any dried herb of choice
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, and dried tarragon.
- Season the lamb chops with salt and black pepper.
- Brush the mustard mixture evenly over both sides of the lamb chops.
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the lamb chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 4 minutes per side for medium-rare (internal temperature of 130°F / 55°C).
- For medium, cook for an additional 2 minutes per side.
- Remove from the air fryer and let the lamb chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
