- 3 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 8 Tablespoons Salted Butter At Room Temperature
- 4 Cubes Frozen Crushed Garlic
- ¼ Cup Minced Green Onions
- 3 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Flat-Leaf Italian Parsley
- ¼ Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
- 1 Medium Egg Yolk
- ⅔ Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
Instructies
- Preheat Oven To 425°F.
- Grease A 2-Quart Casserole Dish With Nonstick Spray.
- Place Frozen Shrimp In A Large Mesh Strainer And Place Under Cold Running Water For About 5 Minutes To Thaw.
- Stir Shrimp Around Often To Aid In The Thawing Process.
- Once Thawed, Butterfly Each Shrimp By Running A Knife Down Its Back With The Blade Inserted About Two-Thirds Of The Way Into The Shrimp.
- In A Large Bowl, Toss Shrimp With Oil, Vinegar, Salt, And Pepper.
- Arrange Them Cut-Side Down With The Tails Curling Up In Prepared Casserole Dish.
- Pour Any Liquid Left In The Bowl Over The Arranged Shrimp.
- In A Small Bowl, Mix Together Butter, Garlic, Onions, Parsley, Red Pepper Flakes, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Egg Yolk, And Bread Crumbs.
- Dot Butter Mixture Evenly Over Shrimp And Bake Until Hot And Bubbly, About 12 Minutes.
