  • 3 Tablespoons Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 8 Tablespoons Salted Butter At Room Temperature
  • 4 Cubes Frozen Crushed Garlic
  • ¼ Cup Minced Green Onions
  • 3 Tablespoons Minced Fresh Flat-Leaf Italian Parsley
  • ¼ Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 Teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 Medium Egg Yolk
  • Cup Panko Bread Crumbs

Instructies

  • Preheat Oven To 425°F.
  • Grease A 2-Quart Casserole Dish With Nonstick Spray.
  • Place Frozen Shrimp In A Large Mesh Strainer And Place Under Cold Running Water For About 5 Minutes To Thaw.
  • Stir Shrimp Around Often To Aid In The Thawing Process.
  • Once Thawed, Butterfly Each Shrimp By Running A Knife Down Its Back With The Blade Inserted About Two-Thirds Of The Way Into The Shrimp.
  • In A Large Bowl, Toss Shrimp With Oil, Vinegar, Salt, And Pepper.
  • Arrange Them Cut-Side Down With The Tails Curling Up In Prepared Casserole Dish.
  • Pour Any Liquid Left In The Bowl Over The Arranged Shrimp.
  • In A Small Bowl, Mix Together Butter, Garlic, Onions, Parsley, Red Pepper Flakes, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Egg Yolk, And Bread Crumbs.
