Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- ½ onion chopped
- 1 garlic clove minced
- ½ pound ground beef chuck
- 1 tablespoon raisins
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ cup tomato paste
- ½ cup vegetable broth
- Salt and ground pepper to taste
- 10 Goya discs pastry dough
- 2 egg whites beaten
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Sauté the onion and garlic until tender, about 3 minutes.
- Add the ground beef and cook for 4 minutes, crumbling with a fork.
- Stir in the raisins, oregano, tomato paste, vegetable broth, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 330°F.
- Brush the Air Fryer basket with cooking oil.
- Divide the filling evenly among the pastry discs.
- Fold each disc in half and seal the edges tightly.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg whites.
- Bake in batches for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite salsa sauce and enjoy!
