Benihana Style Ginger Salad Dressing
A tangy, slightly sweet, and vibrant ginger dressing, perfect for salads or dipping.

Ingredients
- ÂĽ cup Apple cider vinegar
- ÂĽ cup Canola oil or vegetable oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ÂĽ teaspoon Onion grated
- ÂĽ teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- ÂĽ cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Ginger fresh grated
Instructions
- Grate the fresh ginger and onion.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and emulsified.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Pour into a serving container.
- Chill before serving.
