Ingrediënten

  • cups Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¾ teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons cold unsalted butter cubed

Instructies

  • In a small saucepan, bring Frank’s Red Hot Sauce to a boil over medium heat.
  • In a small bowl, combine sugar, cayenne pepper, and chili powder.
  • Whisk into the hot sauce until well mixed.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in the cold butter until melted and fully incorporated.
  • Use immediately or refrigerate in a covered container for up to 2-3 weeks.
