Juicy Pork Meatballs
Eat these meatballs right out of the air fryer, tossed in some warmed no-sugar-added napolitana sauce or over a bed of steamed greens. The onion, yoghurt and cheese add a moistness that plays so nicely with the natural, juicy fattiness of ground pork. The almond flour and egg also help bind these meatballs together — you’ll never miss the carb-filled bread crumbs!

- 450 grams pork mince
- 1 large egg
- ¾ tablespoon plain Greek yoghurt
- ¼ cup peeled and grated brown onion
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ tablespoons almond flour
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Form into 16 meatballs.
- Add eight meatballs to air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil and cook for 6 minutes.
- Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Transfer cooked meatballs to a large serving plate.
- Repeat cooking with remaining meatballs.
- Serve warm.
