Ingrediënten

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp dry yeast
  • 120 ml warm water
  • 100 g ricotta cheese
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 50 g Parmesan cheese grated
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
  • 100 ml tomato sauce

Instructies

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture and knead into a smooth dough.
  • Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • In a separate bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder.
  • Roll out the dough into a circle and spread the cheese mixture on one half, leaving the edges clear.
  • Fold the dough over, sealing the edges by pressing with a fork.
  • Brush the top with beaten egg and transfer to a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato sauce on the side.
