Instructies
Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
In a bowl, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar.
Let sit for 5 minutes.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture and knead into a smooth dough.
Let it rest for 30 minutes.
In a separate bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder.
Roll out the dough into a circle and spread the cheese mixture on one half, leaving the edges clear.
Fold the dough over, sealing the edges by pressing with a fork.
Brush the top with beaten egg and transfer to a baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato sauce on the side.
