- 4 large potatoes approximately 3 pounds
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 3 cups chopped cooked ham
- 1 small onion finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructies
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake them for approximately 1 hour or until they become tender.
- Allow them to cool to the touch.
- Cut the baked potatoes in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the potato pulp, placing it in a bowl while leaving the potato shells intact.
- Set aside both the potato pulp and shells.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the chopped ham, diced onion, and minced garlic, and sauté the mixture until the onion becomes tender.
- Mash the potato pulp in the bowl and then stir in the sautéed ham mixture, sour cream, salt, and pepper until well combined.

- Place the stuffed potatoes in a 13×9-inch baking pan or casserole dish.
