Cheesy Loaded Cauliflower Bake

- 1 16 oz bag of cauliflower florets frozen
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 green onions sliced
- ¼ tsp salt or to taste
- ¼ tsp pepper or to taste
- 3 slices of bacon cooked until crispy, then cut into small pieces
- Paprika for garnish optional
Instructies
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease an 8 x 8 inch baking dish.
- Boil the cauliflower florets in salted water for 8-10 minutes or until they are soft.
- Drain well and place them in the greased baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the cauliflower in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cooked bacon pieces over the top of the cheese mixture.
- Optionally, sprinkle with paprika for added flavor and color.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve the loaded baked cauliflower hot as a delicious side dish alongside fish or grilled steaks.
