Wine Advice:
This rich and cheesy cauliflower bake pairs well with a medium-bodied white wine such as Chardonnay or a light-bodied red wine like Pinot Noir. The wine's acidity helps cut through the richness of the cheese while enhancing the flavors of the dish.
