Chili Lime–Crusted Coral Trout
Pork rinds are such a great way to get in a little crunch without any of the carb-filled grain. Bread this trout with different flavours of pork rinds for more variety.

- 1 ½ tablespoons butter melted
- ½ cup crushed chilli lime–flavored pork rinds
- 2 170 gram coral trout fillets
Instructies
- Preheat air fryer at 180°F for 3 minutes.
- Combine butter and pork rinds in a small bowl.
- Press mixture onto tops of trout fillets.
- Place fish in air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil.
- Cook for 10 minutes until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- Transfer fish to two medium plates and serve warm.
