Chili Water

Ingredients
- 1 cup 160 ml rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons 28 g firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon 15 ml minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon 8 g sambal chile powder
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to an airtight container.
- Shake well to combine.
- Keep in the refrigerator, where it will last indefinitely.
